Please Enjoy her beautiful memories...
Vickie carried on the proud tradition of serving in the military like four of her Uncles, her brother and several cousins. Taking care of other soldiers is a high calling and she performed her duty admirably as the highest rank in the Frank family.
Sending my condolences to all the family. Colleen, my heart is with you. God Bless.
My heartfelt sympathy to the family. I enjoyed being neighbors and friends when our children were growing up. We had a great time at the lake properties!! Prayers to the family.
My heartfelt sympathy and prayers to the family, May God provide you with comfort, peace and strength during this difficult time of mourning. Psalms 29:11
